Backstory
The Angry Broom was not always angry. It was an ordinary broom, leaning against the barn wall for years, watching the farm fall apart one siege at a time. Then something — the farm’s official report says “unexplained circumstances”; the chickens say “it snapped” — possessed it. Now it sweeps. It sweeps chickens off the path. It is very, very good at this.
Low damage, massive knockback. The broom does not kill; it repositions. A chicken that meets the broom leaves the path entirely, tumbling backwards into the traps, the tar, the kill zones — wherever the farm needs it to be. The flock has learned to treat the broom like weather: you don’t argue with it, you just try to be somewhere else.
Its weakness is honest: nearly no damage at all. The broom is a pusher, not a finisher — it sets up every other defence’s highlight reel. Chaos Marketing makes the sweep harder, and Rapid Fire keeps it sweeping. The farm’s janitor has a sign on the broom’s resting spot. It reads: DO NOT POSSESS. The broom has never once listened.
What it’s good at
Massive knockback — the broom has opinions and it sweeps them.
Weakness
Nearly no damage
Power-ups & upgrade paths
📈 Perks that boost it
Chaos Marketing, Rapid Fire
🔱 SUPER fusion
Eight of this defence fuse into one SUPER unit — x10 damage and double lifetime. Only one SUPER on the board at a time; extra sets feed it to power it up.
🔧 Upgrades & buffs
Hover a tower and press U for +25 seconds of lifetime per level. Overclock boosts all damage and fire rate by 50% for 25 seconds, and when the door drops below 15% HP every tower fires 25% faster. Press H for buff mode — towers beside a SUPER boost it 5% each.
Durability
💥 Smash hits
6 hits before it falls apart. 6 smash hits and the broom finally needs a new handle.
🍗 Who smashes it
Demolition Drumsticks take 50–75% of a structure’s max HP per swing, and Heavy Metal Chickens and Bureaucrat Elites knock things down too.
☢️ Friendly fire
Your own Nuke and explosive chain reactions don’t care whose side it’s on — keep fragile towers out of the blast radius.
