Backstory
The Cluckstorm Beacon is the farm’s attempt to weaponise weather, which is a terrible idea that works perfectly. It stands in the middle of the field, reaching for the sky, and it attracts lightning. Not randomly — deliberately. Every strike is captured, channelled and converted into the only thing the farm really wants: a fire-rate buff for every defence on the board.
It deals no direct damage. It doesn’t need to. The beacon’s job is to make everything else faster — every tower, every turret, every trap — with a global buff that turns a normal wave into a highlight reel. The flock has learned to dread the sound of the beacon charging. The flock has learned to fear the sound of everything firing at once.
Rapid Fire makes the buff stronger, and Bigger Bells makes the strikes land more often. Its weakness is honest: no direct damage of its own, and it has to stay alive to keep the weather on your side. Place it somewhere protected, keep the Royal Bells relic handy for twice the strikes, and let the storm do the talking. The farm’s meteorologist quit years ago. The beacon took over.
What it’s good at
Global fire-rate buff for every tower — weather with a mission statement.
Weakness
No direct damage
Power-ups & upgrade paths
📈 Perks that boost it
Bigger Bells, Rapid Fire
✨ Relic synergy
Royal Bells — bells ring twice as fast.
🔱 SUPER fusion
Eight of this defence fuse into one SUPER unit — x10 damage and double lifetime. Only one SUPER on the board at a time; extra sets feed it to power it up.
🔧 Upgrades & buffs
Hover a tower and press U for +25 seconds of lifetime per level. Overclock boosts all damage and fire rate by 50% for 25 seconds, and when the door drops below 15% HP every tower fires 25% faster. Press H for buff mode — towers beside a SUPER boost it 5% each.
Durability
💥 Smash hits
5 hits before it falls apart. 5 smash hits and the beacon finally grounds out.
🍗 Who smashes it
Demolition Drumsticks take 50–75% of a structure’s max HP per swing, and Heavy Metal Chickens and Bureaucrat Elites knock things down too.
☢️ Friendly fire
Your own Nuke and explosive chain reactions don’t care whose side it’s on — keep fragile towers out of the blast radius.
