Frequently Asked Questions
Everything players usually ask — from daily plays to tower synergies.
What is Chicken Siege?
A wave-defence game where absurd chickens besiege your farm. You build defences with egg income, survive escalating waves, and chase leaderboard times in daily, weekly and seasonal modes.
How much does it cost?
It’s free to play in your browser. The Daily Challenge gives ten free plays a day; normal and endless runs are unlimited.
Do I need an account or download?
No. The game runs in any modern browser — desktop, tablet or phone. Progress saves automatically and can be synced between devices with a cloud code.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Every UTC day rolls one seeded run with a fixed set of mutators. Everyone plays the same challenge, survival time is ranked live, and the board updates every 30 seconds while you play. Ten free attempts a day.
What are weekly events?
Every UTC week the game rolls a themed event — Cluckstorm Week, Boom Week, Midnight Clucking and more — each with special mutators and an exclusive medal for reaching the goal wave.
What are seasons?
Seasons last 28 days with tiers from Bronze to Chicken God. Your final tier pays bank eggs once, and the top tier earns an exclusive medal.
How do tower synergies work?
Twelve pairs of defences placed on adjacent tiles unlock shared bonuses — for example Tesla + Ice-Cream gives Shatter, and Wall + Fence gives Fortified. The game shows a SYNERGY badge when a pair activates.
Can I make my own maps?
Yes. EDIT MAP mode lets you paint water, forests, hills, pits, rocks and corn tile by tile, or generate themed farms. Publish your map to the community gallery or share it with a code.
What languages are supported?
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese. Switch any time from settings — even mid-siege.
How do cloud saves work?
Generate a six-character code on the title screen, then upload or download your save. The code is the credential — keep it private.
Where does the game run?
The game is served from cs.idbproductions.com/game and opens in a new tab. Chickensiege.com is its home base for news, guides and the bestiary.
I found a bug — what now?
